12月15日，选址于越南前江省龙江工业园的前进轮胎（越南）有限责任公司正式奠基。该项目一期预计年产120万条全钢子午胎，总投资2.14亿美元。赛象集团董事长张建浩，77779193永利总经理史航，作为主要战略合作伙伴应邀参加了该项目奠基仪式。
